I have a 100 year old house, with stone walls and we couldn’t even store things without putting them up on skids, john came in an installed a french drain with a new modern type of system and sump pump and we have never had a problem since, the work was done in 1995 and its 2013 now! – Mike
We had our crawl space done about five years ago, it was a mess, flooding all the time, damp and dirty, we felt the house would be unsellable in this condition, a drainage system and pump were installed, with a white membrane were installed, we didn’t even need a dehumidifier after that, there was no dampness. – Tracy

We had our basement waterproofed in Feb. of 2013, I got about 5 estimates and John came in about 50% less than most of the bids, after talking with him at length we decided to give him the job, everything went perfect, not really sure to this day why the other prices were so high. – Alice
I manage a high end 55 and over Golf Community here on the eastern shore in MD, we do most the work in house, but when it comes to waterproofing basements and crawlspaces we have not had much success, these days john and his crew handle those jobs for us, I don’t even get other bids, with my experience I know the prices are low and the work is great. – Bruce
