Basement Drain Main:
This is the heart of our system, a patented product
goes below the floor system, and gathers the water
at its entry point, channeling it to our gas tight
sump pump and pumped out of the basement. This is a
far superior method than a traditional drain tile
system as it sits above the level of dirt and
therefore won’t clog over time. It also has a flange
in the rear that will accept wall water, protecting
you in the future against future wall cracks. |

Flat Track:
Is an ideal system to collect water from the 2
primary places that it penetrates the basement, when
used in combination with “Drain-Eze”. The flat track
is the heart of this system. This is the vehicle
used to carry the water to the gas tight sump pump
basin and the Drain-Eze is what collects water from
the wall area and sending it to the flat rack.

Sump Pump System:
The heart of any basement water management system is
the sump pump. The number one choice of
professionals is the Zoeller M53 . This should be
the last pump you ever need. We’ve been using this
model for the last 20 years; it just doesn’t get any
better! |

Battery Back Up System:
This is a secondary pump that is placed in the same
basin as the primary pump, in the event the main
pump doesn’t come on, this battery powered pump
kicks in automatically and will keep the basement
dry for hours, this is crucial during a power
outage. |

IQ-High
Water Alarm:
If your sump pump fails, high water levels will
activate the IQ-High Water Alarm. This alarm when
triggered dials up to four numbers and delivers 2
messages to the homeowner that their sump pump has
stopped working. At this point the homeowner can
take action.

Under Ground Down Spouts:
Anything that can be done around the perimeter of
the house to direct water away from the foundation
is always recommended. A common problem we encounter
is down spouts dumping rainwater at the base of the
house. Our underground system carries water about 8
feet away (more if necessary). It also incorporates
a product that will drain the water; it also looks
great and makes mowing a breeze.
